PRICING
All product prices shown with VAT and in local currency.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. All our products are made for order; therefore, we will confirm lead-times once the order is placed.
Payment: Payment for the acquired products may be made by the means offered on this site. Your order will be processed upon successful payment.
SHIPPING
The Customer, by proceeding with the purchase, acknowledges having read the shipping and production times for each piece. Including those clearly indicated under "Ordered Product ".
DEMÉHICO will process your order in 2-3 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the specified timeframe. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
The contractor courier service shall oversee collecting import taxes requested by the customs office to release the shipment.
EXCHANGES
DEMÉHICO does not accept exchanges in international shipments. For exchanges in purchases in México. The Customer has five business days following the purchaser's receipt to notify the desire for an exchange to the email address: hola@demehico.com
DEMÉHICO will not accept exchanges in used or damaged products.
Shipping charges for an exchange of a product shall be borne by the Customer.
CLAIMS
If the product arrives in poor condition or the Customer receives the wrong product, the customer will make a claim and send visual proof (photography or video) through the email address: hola@demehico.com within the first 48 hours following the receipt of the product.
DEMÉHICO will assess the situation and will release a resolution and inform the course of action.
ORDER CANCELLATION
The Customer can modify or cancel the order within the first 24 hours of purchase by writing to hola@demehico.com
RETURNS
DEMÉHICO does not accept returns unless the product has manufacturing defects.
We do our best to make sure you will not regret the piece you order from us; however, we understand that sometimes you might be. We will gladly offer you a one-time exchange and ask that you contact us with any questions about descriptions and measurements.
Due to our products being handmade and having only one-of-a-kind in most cases, exchanges may take longer than expected. Please be patient with us in getting you the desired size and colour as our pieces are hand-crafted in Mexico and are not mass-produced.
The buyer has 15 days to send the piece back in case of exchange and is responsible for applicable shipping.
Special order items, custom-made items are non-returnable/non-refundable items. To return merchandise from DEMEHICO a Return Authorization Request must be made.
Return requests are to be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping & return shipping charges for exchanges.
It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via a method that provides tracking information.
We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery.
We cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if any return packages are lost or mishandled.
Please also note that we cannot accept any packages that are sent Cash/Check on Delivery (COD).
Please contact us for a return authorization and return address to hola@demehico.com to speak to one of our customer support representatives first before returning any food item. Our support team will discuss the options available to you (replacement, refund, or voucher).
WARRANTY
Each of DEMÉHICO’s products are crafted with the highest quality standards, therefore all our
products have an exchange warranty for the following reasons:
- Manufacturing
- Packaging defects that damaged the
- For fungus formation in the pieces: In order to make the warranty valid, DEMÉHICO requires photo or video proof within the first 5 days following the receipt, to be sent to the following e-mail address: hola@demehico.com
INVOICING
The Customer can request the invoice until 30 days after the purchase, by providing the corresponding information and purchase order number to the email address: hola@demehico.com
The Customer states that have read, understood and is aware of the contents of this document, granting his/her express consent and accepting the Terms and Conditions transcribed herein.
Shipping policy International
We can ship to US, UE & MEXICO, and to the rest of the world we expect to do it in 2025; the Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout before you place the order. If you are having issues with this, please send us a message at hola@demehico.com We ship using the best company at the moment. Also, we will insure the product.
Please take into consideration that we are not responsible for tax collected by your country. Or further regulations that apply to our items that might cause new taxes or duties. Deméhico is not responsible for any of those situations.
United States
US Orders within the contiguous United States will be shipped with the best company at the moment depending on location and package weight.
All our Shipping services have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as your package is shipped.
Shipping & Handling Time
Orders placed on in-stock items are processed in 2-3 business days. Please allow more time for orders placed on Sundays or on Holidays. Rest assured any shipping delays will be communicated to you via email. Be sure to include your valid email and phone number at the time of order.
Production period will be up to 4 weeks and then shipped from Mexico. While the delivery time will depend on the package selected.
Throughout the process, you will be able to monitor the phase of your order from the beginning to the end.
