How does Deméhico collaborate with Mexican artisans?

In Deméhico we promote a fair trade with all our artisans and artists providing them with global exposure and recognition to their skills.

Do you ship worldwide?

Deméhico currently ships to the European Union’s member states, the United States and México. Please let us know at hola@demehico.com if you want us to ship to your country.

How long will my piece take to arrive at my destination?

All orders are processed internally within 2-3 business days. As each of our pieces is handcrafted, our production periods require up to 4 weeks, in addition to the shipping time provided by our suppliers for each order. For further information, you can refer to our Shipping policy.

Can I make special requests for a piece?

Certainly! While we don't take custom orders, we do allow for the personalization of our existing pieces. Please reach out to us at hola@demehico.com BEFORE placing your order, so we can evaluate your requirements and explore how we can accommodate them.

What is Deméhico’s return policy?

Deméhico does not accept returns except for pieces with manufacturing defects. For the latter case, please contact us for a return authorization to hola@demehico.com. You can learn more about our Return policy here.
